Alex responded very quickly to a plea for help. His friendly , helpful attitude immediately gave an air of confidence. He came when he said and made sure we knew and understood each stage of the analysis of the job and the necessary procedure. All options were considered and without any pressure a decision was made to replace an old boiler . Alex arrived a couple of days later with a colleague (who was also friendly and competent.) to replace and install the boiler. Again each stage was carefully explained . completed the job in 5 hours, cleared and cleaned up afterwards and then ,spent time while they patiently explained the workings of the new boiler. Making sure everything was working and we were happy they left with lots of reassurance to call if we were in any doubt about anything . Alex followed up the job andcalled the next two days just to check we were still happy and all ok . Highly recommend.

Absolutely spot on service, Alex the Engineer was very professional, polite, friendly, respectable and reliable. Highly recommend this engineer with his compatible price and how well the job was done. Last minute call on a Saturday and here Sunday with no problems. Thank you very much Alex.

Alex kindly attended on his day off to resolve our issue with no hot water and heating, and I am incredibly grateful for his support. He was efficient, professional, and went above and beyond what would normally be expected in his role. Throughout his visit, Alex was polite, respectful, and left everything clean and tidy. He also took the time to greet my children when he arrived, which truly reflected his caring attitude and showed that he sees his work as helping people, not just completing a task. Thank you, Alex, for your outstanding service???it is very much appreciated.

Fantastic service from Alex and Lewis who installed a combi boiler into our home. They both went out of their way to complete the job in 1 day rather than 2 days of work so can't thank them enough for their work. They were both friendly, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend them for any people looking for a new boiler. Professional service and genuine nice people.

Because of Alex I have a warm home, Alex replaced my old boiler and removed the cylinder and fitted a new combi boiler. He worked non stop for 13 hours and said he has to make sure I have a warm house before he leaves, I can't thank him enough for his kindness which is rare these days as I was let down by previous plumbing engineers. He also replaced three vertical radiators and made me a new connection for my washing machine. I am so pleased with Alex's work, knowledge and efficiency and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to replace their boiler and heating system, his quote was competitive and I trust him with any boiler/heating issues.
