My combi boiler failed in the middle of the recent frosty weather meaning no heat and no hot water so we were in a desperate situation (already spent one night in the freeze, not looking forward to another). I had called many companies and nobody was willing to help, then I manage to find Darren! He was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what was wrong, providing fast, friendly and caring service and sorted it out quickly, plus left tips and advice what else to watch out for. Hi. Our heating boiler started to leak and lose pressure just a few weeks before Christmas. With the cold winter months already underway this was concerning. Darren was willing to come around quickly even though it meant coming late at night after working on other jobs all day. He serviced our boiler and found the faulty part. He ordered a replacement and fitted it as soon as it arrived. He was friendly helpful and his charges seemed fair and reasonable - especially so given how quickly he came. It???s now about 6 weeks later and I???ve never had to top up the heating system once. Thanks very much for your help Darren

I needed a replacement for my 12 year old combi boiler as well as two new radiators to replace leaking ones. Toast heating was recommended to me. I found Darren to be friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable and confidence inspiring. He suggested a suitable boiler and liased with the manufacturer to ensure that the flue installation I needed would comply with certification and warranty requirements. His installer was fast, tidy and efficient and cleared away all packaging and rubbish. Darren called round again that evening to check that all was OK and to show me how to program and use the wireless controller. The whole experience from initial advice and quote to finished installation was painless and stress free. If I ever need any more work done in the future I would use Toast Heating again and strongly recommend them to anyone else needing central heating work done.

We have just had a new boiler installed by this company very professional throughout. Nothing was a problem at all. Everything ran smoothly, from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them very good price. Communication was fantastic from when our boiler was getting fitted and what time they were coming. We are getting them back to fit a new shower as their service was outstanding. We also made two payments by mistake, and we received our money back straight away. It is a very trustworthy company.
