   Once again I received first class service??? initially from Martin who very reassuringly confirmed that he had all the details of my boiler and its previous service records. He set up an appointment to fit in with my schedule. A few days later Toby arrived in his very smart van precisely on time and set about his work which was carried out within the time that Martin had suggested it might take ( 1 hour) . This enabled me to get on with other things and maintain my own schedule without worrying. I have no hesitation in recommending Gas Tech Heating and Plumbing.

   I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly gran. I initially contacted Martin to service her boiler, having previously used him to service the boiler at our office. Toby, one of Martin's engineers, carried out the service. He was polite, knowledgeable, and immediately put my gran at ease. During the service, it became apparent that, due to the age of the boiler and concerns regarding carbon monoxide, a replacement was required. Martin contacted me straight away to explain the situation, discuss the options, and ensure I was comfortable proceeding. He provided a quotation promptly and arranged the replacement. The installation was carried out to a very high standard. Particular care was taken to make good the old flue opening, with Martin matching the brickwork as closely as possible, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, both Martin and Toby were considerate, professional, and respectful. Most importantly, they made my gran feel comfortable and reassured while working in her home. She has since said she would happily recommend them to anyone. Martin and Toby, thank you once again for the excellent service.    Toby was excellent; polite almost to a fault, went through our gas boiler and heating system with a fine tooth comb and made high quality repairs without leaving a spot of mess. Tidy, super prompt and fairly priced. If you are looking for a cheap bodger just to get a ticket on the boiler look elsewhere; however if you are looking for high quality work I can't recommend them enough. Thank you
