Just had first annual service on new boiler fitted in October 2024. Installation went as planned with excellent workmanship and knowledge of gas boilers, all probing questions addressed professionally. Boiler operated perfectly all year with no issues and first service went as planned with excellent timekeeping. would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. 5* tradesman. Ron.

Shaun has now completed numerous jobs at home for us, from small jobs like changing wastes and taps, to fitting our entire under floor heating system in the new kitchen and servicing our boilers in the house and holiday let here in Christchurch. Shaun is friendly, professional and very thorough in his work and I recommend his entirely for anyone looking to find someone for both plumbing and central heating work.

We have used Shaun for a few years now while we renovate our home. He created a multi stage approach to our upgrading our heating and water system, for which we are truly grateful for his knowledge and guidance. Our home feels warmer, the system is more reliable and we know its future proofed for further changes we may want to make as we continue with our renovation. Shaun of Harris Heating is simply brilliant. Shaun was introduced to us 6 months ago when we had a range of water pressure and heating problems. The first difference, compared to other heating engineers, was the time taken to conduct a thorough survey and present options with costs v benefits attached. As the customer, I was fully informed before the work started. Thereafter, the work delivered was first class in every respect. Our house of previously weak pressure and sporadic heating (cutting out / cold rads intermittent behaviour) is hot, controllable, and efficient. The water and heating problems are solved.
