My combination boiler had broken down due to the fan not working. The insurance company appointed an engineer to diagnose and fix the boiler. I explained to him the problem appeared to be the fan but he reported back to the insurance company that it was because of sludge and limescale in the system - which was completely untrue. Because of this the insurance company refused to approve the repair. I immediately contacted Daniel at Professional Heating Solutions, I explained what had happened and he confirmed that the water in the system does not come into contact with the fan. Daniel ordered a replacement fan and fitted it next day. Immediately the boiler was up and running, he also did a water quality test which showed that the quality of the water was fine and confirmed that the issue was indeed a faulty fan. I???m now in the process of claiming back the cost of the repair from the insurance company. I will now be taking out a boiler plan with Professional Heating Solutions and cancelling my insurance cover. I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel and Professional Heating Solutions and would recommend you contact him if you need a highly experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy heating engineer.

I rarely leave reviews but I felt that Professional Heating Solutions deserved some recognition. Despite being based in Derby they were happy to travel to Ripley at no extra cost. Daniel was professional and efficient and didnt force a hard sell as other companies have in the past. I will definitely use them again next year! ,

I couldn't recommend Professional Heating Solutions enough. The whole team are friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable letting them into my home during lockdown. Dan sorted the problem with my boiler very quickly and came to see me after hours as he realised the importance of not having heating at this time of year for myself and my young son. 5 star service!

Great service. I contacted Professional Heating Solutions with a concern about our boiler and they responded the same day to arrange a time to come and look at it. Figured out the issue straight away and fixed it on the spot. Mask worn and distance kept while they worked.
