Richard???s work, attitude and personality were perfect for us. We are so happy with his work and he responded very quickly. We will certainly be working with him for planned future jobs. Highly recommended and a pleasure to have him in our home.

We couldn't be happier with all the electrical work Rich has done in our house - rewiring a Victorian house previously unsafe, and all the electrics in our extension. Everything was done exactly how we wanted, to an exceptionally high standard. He was friendly, reliable, and always happy to offer advice and answer any questions along the way. The NICEIC inspector who assessed his work commented on the high standard of workmanship - "thorough and exemplary," which says it all. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy electrician.

I called Richard Jones last Friday as I had a fault with office lighting and sockets. He was so helpful over the phone and asked some initial questions and I sent some photos of the tripped circuit boards. He arrived first thing this morning and solved the problem promptly and efficiently. I would throughly recommend Richard if you're after a 5 star, courteous, no nonsense service. Thanks again Richard your swift assistance was very much appreciated.

Richard has provided us with fantastic service in our home and holiday cottages. He performs all work to the highest standard, whatever the nature of the work, indoors and outdoors, in all weathers. I really appreciate the fact that he visits as soon as he can, which is particularly important if we have a problem in a holiday cottage. Plus he's friendly and fun to work with.

We asked Richard to provide a pre-purchase inspection of the electrics for a house we were buying and then had him back to install a new consumer unit after we'd moved in. Communication was really easy through WhatsApp and clear quotations provided for work recommended. Richard has a professional and efficient approach, on top of which he is a friendly and cheerful presence, which is appreciated when someone is working in your home. Would definitely use him again.
