Exchanged kmf switch, sam did a great job.

Sam was great. He came out and sorted our electric shower really quickly. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you!

Sam got the job done neatly and efficiently, very pleased with the finished product.

Have used Guy at two seperate addresses now - on all occasions he meets our electrical needs and is responsive, reliable and personable- would definitely recommend and we will keep using him time and time again

Jack turned up less than an hour after I placed the call for an emergency electrician. He was professional, courteous and reassuring. He carried out the necessary checks to ensure our home was safe and all was good. When he reported the job as closed to Head Office, they asked to speak to me to make sure I was happy with the job Jack had done. I was pleased to confirm that I was. From the prompt answering of the phone and professional handling of the call, through to Jack turning up promptly and Head Office checking that I was a satisfied customer before closing the case, I was really impressed with Assured Electricians Worcester.
