They sorted the electrical problem on my nissan note which turned out to be a corroded and broken main fuse and carrier governing things like heater,radio all the dashboard displays etc they fitted a fuse carrier and rerouted wiring to save me the cost of a complete new fuse carrier set.very happy with them.

Took my campervan in for electrical fault. Although it turned out to be an issue only dealer/converter could solve, the staff did a thorough check and gave advise. Excellent service well done guys, ill be back!!

I was pinpointed here by another company to potentially see to my car. My first impressions walking in the old fella at front desk overconfident and shouting on phone that the customers phone signal was bad and he couldn't hear and told him to sort his phone out and ring him back when it's sorted. Then he turned his attention to us with a "what" expression and then he got rather agressive telling us that getting the vehicle to him with the potential fire hazard it already has, is "pot luck" and we should attempt it! He then began to raise and shrug his arms telling us "nowt he can do til vehicle is there" understandable but told him its a fire hazard already! Then he was VERY rude when he couldn't understand that the car was at my home address and not outside. I'm so glad he didn't get my custom and i will warn others on social media and NEVER recommened them!

I was recommended to Durham auto Electric by my garage as they couldn't fix the problem with my car. The staff whom I dealt with was warm and welcoming In less than an hr. The problem was rectify and fix. Thank to Shaun who fix the car and Debbie the receptionist. I would definitely recommend DURHAM AUTO ELECTRIC.

The whole radio stuffs done by the former owner was gone off after bumping into a ramp. Tried to remove them myself but turned out the wires were way too complicate and it was finished unnecessarily messy which was why I brought it to this garage to cut them out. Fair price quick job done roughly for one hour would definitely visit again if got any other electronic problems in the future :)
