   AVOID . Caused a parking ticket . Took it off my windscreen and didn???t tell me . Blocked me after denying it yet I have photos of the ticket and he had my car that day and days after . Took a spare part out my car and didn???t tell me had to get it back and it took 3 days . Unprofessional He commented saying if you do not get your car when asked - I waited for him to drop my car off which he offered to do as I am disabled . But I ended up going to pick it up 30 mins after I said I would . Which it was in a different spot and not to mention the day after the parking ticket was issued . He takes no accountability for what he???s done . He could of told me and we could of discussed it but removing it is where he failed professionally . He???s commented calling me mad when there???s all the prooof he had my car when it was issued . Ticket issues 20th I didn???t get car till the next day . .* UPDATE * - I have received a letter stating that you actually challenged it on the day I got it * Your act of not knowing is utter lies ! Photo is attatched below You ???fixed??? my lights , it took 8 days and ??600 to do some wiring . Which I wasn???t as fussed about until you took the part out of my car which took me days to get back .Then caused me a parking ticket .

   Sean was a god send!! we were at a remote vacation cottage 5 hours from home, in the Scottish Borders with a dead car. RAC had been out and were useless. Called Sean and he came out the next day and was so supportive and friendly. He got it started back up again, and after taking time to investigate, he noticed what the issue probably was and disconnected it so that we could get home and safely. He even gave me advice on how to restart if required. Once back at our usual garage, what Sean had diagnosed was in fact the culprit. Thank you for turning a stressful and what could have been an expensive relay situation, into fixing the issue! I cannot recommend Sean enough!!
