Fantastic helpful service great guys that work there would highly recommend

Your work on my car, resulted in my car catching on fire. My husband and I visited Cumbria Auto Electrical services one month ago to have a 12v port fixed. The 5a fuse was changed to a 10a fuse resulting in too much current being allowed through a connection that couldn't handle it. I'm obviously deeply concerned and rattled by this experience. In addition, I now have to pay for additional damage to my car that could have been avoided.

Well what can we say! Customer Service above and beyond. Friendly, professional, honest and well priced. We booked in to replace an old diesel heater in our Motorhome. They actually got the old one working and offered to save us money by not going ahead to replace it ( that's not too common these days). We decided that for peace of mind we'd go ahead with the replacement. As they are a WEBSATO registered service centre we also received an extra year's guarantee. WIN..WIN. Thanks again Gary, Ian and Luke. Please Note. They don't work on cars. Mainly, HGV, Motorhomes/ Campers and Farm Machinery.

I can not thank this team enough. We had a diesel leak in our T6.1 , which had a chinese heater in ( on the advice of our conversion company). Refitted with a Webasto with extreme efficiency. Thank you.

Called up early morning after having to stop overnight due to electrical fault with lights on motorhome. Really helpful and got us sorted at short notice even though really busy. Ensured we were safe to continue our journey and gave us advisory. Really professional and fair price.
