EICR completed in 2020, wrong date & wrong regs added to report so is unusable. Picked up by letting agent at the time, he gave verbal agreement to change which he didn't. Now looking to let again & is refusing to change though it is his error and contact was made. Very unhelpful. Would not recommend.
