Hi every one I needed some help to solve my electrical problem at home I called Rob and explained to him what is the problem. He listened to me carefully and he understood exactly what was the cause of the problem. He instructed me over the phone to what to do and solve the problem easily and completely. In addition Kindly he made this job absolutely without any charge. He is really a unique gentle man with great efficiency and human soul.and kindness. Our power went off in the middle of the night. I phoned Rob and from a photo of the fuse box he said he could solve it over the phone. He gave clear instructions and they worked a treat. Brilliant!

Rob has been working on various electrical fittings around my house for several years. He's always prompt, efficient, friendly and takes time to check I know what he's done and why. But, he went the extra mile this last time, by insisting on replacing a light he'd fitted with another, which he thought was a better solution, and by changing existing unsatisfactory supply cables to the fuse box he was replacing - all without charging me and on Good Friday in order to complete the job as soon as possible. That's what I call wonderful service.

I couldn't recommend DS electrical more highly. Rob fitted a new board for me. He was friendly, generous with his time and knowledge of current and future technology needs, tidy, trustworthy, professional, quiet and hard working.
