Very neat and tidy EV charger installation by Joshua from Prompt Electrical. Quick responses to my questions and to complete the work. Great service. Thank you.

Joshua was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. He fitted our new charger in afternoon, and adjusted the installation to suit our needs and fit with our existing solar system. After finishing the work he tidied up and cleaned away any mess generated. He was also very helpful after the install, explaining the control app and helping me understand the complications inherent with using a charger with solar and storage batteries.

We have used Prompt Electrical several times. Every time Josh and his team have arrived and completed the works in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again! Keep up the good work!

Josh and his Team were with us today fitting a double, 22 kw fast charger in our business car park, which is quite a distance from the main electric board, this was all done professionally and in less than a day. And as a bonus we were helped with the grant which was applied to the invoice before we paid, great experience.

Josh was very responsive. Coming out quickly to give a quote and then booking in to complete the job. Had him come back to do additional work on changing all my light switches and fittings. Was receptive when there were additional things I needed and also helpful in making sure I had the right bulbs for each light.
