I have used Gavin Jones Electrical twice now and both times he has been exemplary! He instantly recognised the cause of a problem that three electricians previously missed, his team worked nicely and quickly, the response to a problem afterwards was speedy and efficient and there is no mess left at all. I find having people in the house really challenging but Gavin and his team made this a lot easier and responded well. And really importantly Gavin clearly knows what he is doing, explains what he is doing and upholds a high standard that reassures we are safe in our home. Highly recommend this company!

Gavin arrived early with plenty of warning, was very professional, found the problem quickly and rectified it. No problem in recommending him.

I called Gavin Jones Electrical when my consumer unit kept tripping and the company exceeded my expectations. The company was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout. What impressed me most was the communication, the company kept us updated regarding arrival and throughout the investigation. No stone was left unturned until completely happy with identifying the cause of the fault. The company's thorough approach gave me real peace of mind. The work was completed quickly without compromising on quality, and the pricing was excellent value for money. A genuinely professional company that clearly takes pride in its work. Highly recommended for any electrical issues. Will definitely use them again.
