Sam is very professional and explains everything thoroughly. He is experienced and you know he has the skills to complete the work. His communication is excellent from quoting pricing & invoicing to keeping you informed and turning up when promised. He recently replaced our consumer unit and explained why that was recommended and at the same time installed an EV wall charger. There was a minor issue that arose with the Hive control and when we reported it he was there first thing next day and sorted it for us. Excellent customer service. We will recommend Sam to anyone. Sam was an excellent electrician. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted, and he was very patient and helpful through the quoting process. He was very punctual and efficient when on site. The work was done to a very high standard, and he communicated what I needed to know about the work excellently. Lovely personable chap. I have recommend him to a number of friends and would do so again.

Sam is a really genuine tradesman, he is polite, considerate and very hard working. Sam carried out an EICR inspection of my 4 bedroom home and found safety concerns which he promptly quoted for and once I accepted, he undertook the works and made safe and upgraded circuits as required by building regulations. Sam also carried out a list of electrical jobs that I had requested to do. I have every faith and confidence in Sam and will not hesitate to recommend Peacock Electrical! Thanks again Sam ????

We recently used Sam at Peacock Electrical, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He went above and beyond to help us with having our electricity meter moved, even coming out after hours to make sure we had our power back on. At a time when we had no electricity, Sam genuinely cared about our welfare and did everything he could to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. This was the first time we've used Sam, but he will definitely be our first call for any electrical work in the future. Peacock Electrical came to investigate electrical issues by previous contractor and quote work for in the future. Sam spoke me through the issues with bathroom earthing from a previous contractor and how he would rectify moving forward, clearly communicating to me what needed doing and how he would be doing it. During the works he had noticed a dangerous fault, which he immediately made safe and explained to me. During a quote for power to my shed, he explained the different options, timescales and showed me what he had in mind. I didn't feel pressured and he listened to my needs as a customer. From the Professional service I recieved, the immaculate loft/hallway when he left and price I am happy with Peacock. I Will be using Sam again.
