Recently had Optimum Electrics install solar panels with battery and inverter, They also replaced my consumer unit, Me being someone who has a mistrust of tradespeople having worked amongst them for many years, as always was difficult to make my choice. I did a lot of reading reviews and searching with Google. I came across a number of installers Optimum being one of them and proceeded to get quotes.. Although Optimum was not my cheapest quote it was the one that stood out, when I dug deeper looking at the materials they used, the system that was recommended, the service that was provided i decided it was the better option that suitedmy requirements. The project manager Matthew when he called to survey for the quotation spent time in explaining what he felt I needed, took time to see what I wanted, and out of that what would be my best options, although I was waiting for the typical salesman pitch, the push for things I didn't really need, it didn't come. As always when discussing options thing had been agreed by Matthew, questions I'd asked that Matthew said he would look into, all he said he would do, he did. He kept in contact just enough to not be pushy, and also made himself available to be contacted and delt with my concerns promptly. Scaffolding was erected when they said they would and was removed within days of completion. Brooke (electrical supervisor) and her team was a pleasure to have in the house. The hole system was up and running in no time, everything was setup for me , Brooke took time to talk me through the apps on my tablet. When it comes to people working in my house I can be difficult to please, but I'm really happy to say that optimum as a company, from office staff to sparky, they did, and for that I thank them. Would I use them again. Yes. Would I recommend them. Yes. Do I hope everyone gets the same experience as I did. Yes.

Optimum supplied and fitted an EV charger for me at my home together with an updated consumer unit. I was very happy with the speed of response when I requested a quote and the price was competitive. The team arrived on time and were polite and informative. I am more than happy with the quality of the work undertaken and would recommend Optimum for this type of project.

???Optimum Electrics installed a solar and battery system for us in May, and I am incredibly happy with the results. ???Lee came round to do a site survey for the quote; he asked all the right questions and was far more thorough than the competition. While their quote wasn't the cheapest I received, it was very competitive. Combined with the company's solid history and the confidence gained from the survey, choosing them was a no-brainer. ???The team kept me in the loop the entire time while waiting for DNO approval, and efficiently booked the scaffolding and installation dates. ???The scaffolders themselves were quick and professional. The solar installation was nearly completed in a single day, leaving just a few small tasks and a thorough features walkthrough for day two. ???The final setup is highly professional, clean, and tidy. The system has been online for a few weeks now, our export is all sorted, and everything is working perfectly. ???I highly recommend getting in touch with Optimum Electrics if you're looking for a solar system.

Fantastic company to deal with , deciding on which company to use for a solar installation can be confusing, the whole team at Optimum answered all my questions and made me feel reassured, the installation of my Tesla system was carried out professionally and as per the schedule. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Great job thanks

I contacted 9 different firms for quotes for solar panels for my garden room and Optimum Electrics provided great engagement and timely responses to my questions. Installation was very fast, efficient and tidy. The system (10 panel 4.8kWp with SolarEdge Inverter) they recommended was of a higher capacity than other installers were offering and the design really matched what I was looking for. Overall really great service and would use again.
