Stephen has been out twice now and done work for me at short notice. I would highly recommend Stephen as he is punctual, polite and professional. Stephen is very safety focused and will not leave anything that could be unsafe. Would definitely call him again when I need a further work completed.

Stephen helped us out at very short notice when we unexpectedly needed to move sockets on a very short time scale. His communication is great and he was very reliable (not a given in my experience) and has since completed some other jobs for us. I particularly like his honest advice about the best approach for things and willingness to advise on parts to buy, or buy himself to keep things simple for his customers. I???d definitely recommend!

I can see why there only 2 previous reviews, (both over a year old) I had this company (Steve) in to do some electrical work for me. He had to drill holes and chase out the walls for the cables. He drilled through walls without looking what was on the other side (completely ruined a pair of the wife's pair of shoes which had to be thrown away). Never used any dust sheets, very poorly cleaned up after himself. When asked if he was going to make good (Fill in) the chasing where he had put his cables .He replied "I don't do that". I would never ever have him back in my house and never recommend him to anyone.

I found Imperial Installations on Google maps as they're local to me and have been extremely impressed with them from the first contact. Steven replied quickly to my inquiry and came round to assess the work I needed doing the same week. His quote was very reasonable and so far he's been able to complete the first fix to a very high standard indeed. Once my works are further on he'll be back to complete everything and issue the certificates for the building inspector. I can confidentially recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and highly knowledgeable local electrician.

Imperial Installations are local to us, so it was easy to have the work and quote established beforehand. We were impressed by the communications before the work undertaken - which was fairly extensive, a new earth and electric board to a new workshop and the testing of existing electrics (completed by a previous electrician) and change over to a new metal consumer unit. On the day itself, Stephen was very knowledgeable about regulations and how things should be done safely, consistently and with future-proofing in mind (e.g we were about to have solar installed and potentially extend) The actual work itself is flawless, tidy, and was done efficiently and with covid safe measures in place. We had a fault once the new consumer unit was changed and Stephen was able to locate and change this on a one hour call out. All relevant certificates have been received. Everything we have wanted to achieve has been completed and Stephen will be returning to test the workshop once the inside electrics are complete. Stephen has been the 4th Electrician we have used in our house renovations - we would not be looking for a 5th and would highly recommend Imperial Installations should we be asked by family and friends.
