Can't really comment on their quality of service because I never received it, although from other reviews it seems to be fine. However, whenever I tried to book an appointment I would get vague answers or I would never get a call back. The worst bit when I was actually given an appointment but when I got there, everyone had left. I got a generic excuse and a sorry but of course there was no attempt from their end to suggest another day/time.

While others was not sure about fixing my bmw.640d vio was sure.and he fixed my park brake failure. A good technician. And have to go back tue for him to complete job.well done .

Had a complex electrical issue on my F-Type Jaguar and Vio came to the rescue! Brilliant service and amazing tech knowledge and even negotiated with the main dealer to gain a part warranty deal for me too - well connected with the main dealers, respected and really great at what he does. If you have an electrical issue, don't pay main dealer rates, go straight to Vio 100% recommended

Vio helped me out massively, i took my car to him to have a reverse light and he looked into all of the electrics whilst he was at it to ensure my car wasnt going to flag up any problems anytime soon! would 100% recommend
