I'm still in shock at the outstanding excellent service Craig has delivered, all in less than 24 hours and it wasn't an emergency. After messaging Craig with my issue he replied 30 minutes later requesting a photo of the heating control that needed replacing. At 22.50 he messaged again apologising for not getting a quote to me sooner, and that he had just got in from work. Before I had time to reply saying it was late etc. he had sent me a quote! and when I accepted then agreed he could fit it the following day.. On the day he messaged prior to arriving advising he was on his way. Very friendly, professional and someone who I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Craig and his team were fantastic - prompt, professional, and clearly skilled. They sorted out issues with a number of sockets not working, hot water timer, installed a new bathroom extractor fan and electric towel radiator, all to a high standard. Fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and great communication throughout. A proper tradesman, strongly recommend!

Called Craig as I had an issue with an electrical install, he arrived on his day off to sort the problem. He was extremely polite, friendly and took the time to talk through the installation. 100% would recommend to anyone who needs electrical work carried out..
