Without doubt the service provided by Scott Prentice???s Hethersett Electrical & Air Conditioning company was outstanding from initial survey to final commissioning of the unit. The quotation was clearly laid out with complete costing details of the parts and labour involved. On the day of installation they turned up on time and worked in a most professional manner throughout. They were meticulously clean and tidy throughout the whole job and I was very impressed with the speed with which the installation was completed. There were no hidden costs or surprises. I was given a full briefing on how to operate the system manually using the hand controller as well as through the app on my iPhone. I would, without hesitation or reservation, highly recommend this business to anyone considering purchasing and having an air conditioning unit installed.

Awesome aircon install by Scott and Kay today. They exceeded our expectations and nothing was too much trouble. They did a fantastic job, and minimised any disruption. Make sure to keep Scott topped up with coffee! 10/10

Scott fixed three of my outside lights and did a fantastic job. Before giving a quote, he showed me different fixture options and let me choose what I preferred, which I really appreciated. He was very communicative, confirmed his arrival time on the day, and was respectful of my property. He also explained how the sensors work and even left the instruction manuals. Really happy with the service ??? highly recommend!

Scott has today replaced two wired-in smoke detectors and changed 3 sockets from singles to doubles. He responded quickly to initial enquiry and turned up on time and completed the work efficiently and tidily. Friendly and professional service with great prices. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
