Awesome product explanation by Josh in the showroom, awesome installation by Hayden the engineer and awesome after care by Maxine on the phone. Researched for a long time to work out the best system to go for. Needed to replace antique & inefficient storage heaters. Greatly pleased with my final decision & very reasonably priced. No more 'ice block' winters for me!

I've been using Tassie & Son since 2022 and have always been very happy with the quality and pricing of various domestic jobs they've undertaken for me. In particular, Steve & Haydn are great guys and always go the extra mile, in terms of added value and explaining technical matters so that I understand. Tassie and son installed Ducasa radiators to replace old storage heaters in my mother???s new bungalow. Despite issues with completion date, Steve was great at getting us into the schedule at short notice. Hayden and the team were excellent, very friendly and we felt happy leaving them to it for the day. There was an issue with a piece of kit, but it was all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use Steve and his team again if we required further work. ????
