I had a problem with my oil boiler kicking out a strong smell. I called Homeserve who got in touch with S T Energy. They came out the same day, found the problem, had the parts on the van & fixed the issue quickly the same day. Really great service and I have to say, having had a lot of engineers claiming to know about oil boilers, Luke actually demonstrated good knowledge and experience. Most engineers would have taken days to come out to a job. I would 100% recommend them.

Great service from Luke and Lea for installing a new boiler. A competitive quote from Luke who quickly worked out what we needed and didn???t need, then a neat and efficient job on the day. Extremely friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Delighted with the result.

Very impressed with the service and honesty of pricing!! I was very happy when I found Luke at STEnergy as he had done my two boilers before leaving his previous employer and was determined to find him again .. it wasn't hard as his previous employer provided me with his new contact details and even accepted he was the best and understood why I wanted to continue to use his services! Most recently Luke was out here last week and I had requested him to change both valves on the central heating. He was so honest to say that I only needed one replacing which saved me ??70. In this day and age that sort of honesty and decency are hard to come by. Thanks Luke and STEnergy
