Outstanding service from the entire Nigel Stoves team. Kris, Matt, and John installed our replacement boiler with real attention to detail and professionalism. They took time to understand our complex heating system and delivered the work without unnecessary changes???exactly what we wanted. Installation was efficient, workmanship was excellent, and all commissioning checks were completed properly. The team communicated clearly throughout and finished with 12-year warranty registration in place. Highly recommended if you need reliable heating engineers.

I have used this company for many years for normal servicing and emergency callouts and have found their response to be very quick and with excellent friendly (particularly from Chris) service. I would recommend them highly.

After a broken tap left me without running water in my kitchen I contacted Nigel stoves who fitted me in within the week when the lads arrived they found it to be a slightly trickier job than expected requiring a bit more work they stayed longer than first expected and got the job done and left me with running water! The lads were great very professional and left the place clean and tidy and took all the waste and packing away with them will definitely recommend for a prompt professional service and one that won???t take your eyes out!

Phoned on Thursday evening for an emergency call out to my mum???s as there was a fault on the boiler that Nigel fitted some years ago, leaving her with no heating and hot water in -3 freezing conditions. Said he would come out on Friday. No sign of him, so had to call him again. Said he was in Wakefield and would call in later. That was 3 days ago and my mum who has acute rheumatoid arthritis is still without heat or hot water. Not only did he just not turn up, but he???s not even had the decency to arrange another time to come. We have had to try and find another engineer who is familiar with this type of boiler. Very unprofessional and quite honestly immoral.
