Recently had my soil pipe replaced by Kyle, did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Great lads, very friendly, got it all replaced very quickly and left no mess. Recommended to my dad who is getting the same thing done on his house. Great service.

Finding a reliable tradesman in the North East can feel like looking for a needle in a haystack, but Kyle is the real deal. If you need someone who actually knows their stuff and shows up when they say they will, look no further. I recently had Kyle out to handle a variety of issues at my rental property, and I can honestly say it???s the best service I???ve ever had in the North East. He covered an extensive range of work, including: ??? Boiler & Gas ??? Radiators: Fixed heating inconsistencies and performed maintenance to get the system running perfectly. ??? Attic Leak: Quickly identified and repaired a stressful leak in the attic that was an emergency during the weekend. Why I recommend him: ??? Super Efficient: He doesn't waste time. He diagnoses the problem, explains the fix, and gets to work. ??? Reliable: He arrived exactly when he said he would???a rare find these days! ??? Top-Notch Quality: His attention to detail is second to none. The maintenance work was clean, professional, and built to last. If you???re looking for a trustworthy professional who delivers high-quality results across plumbing, heating, and general maintenance, Kyle is your man. I won???t be calling anyone else from now on!

Had an issue with the wireless thermostat on my boiler. Plumber came on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Fitted a new thermostat in no time and showed me how to use it. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone

Had the guys from Intertherm Eaglescliffe round to fix a leak I had in a toilet. They were able to attend quickly, were courteous and fixed the problem straight away. Top quality job and have noted their number down for future plumbing work. It???s so hard to find a great local plumber but Intertherm were fantastic and I???d definitely recommend them!
