Matthew is an absolute gentleman, came out bang on the time he said, fixed our burst pipe and serviced the boiler whilst he was here (and extra job but he didnt seem to mind). Helped us out soo much, thank you again.

I can't thank Bolier Medic Northeast enough! Matthew fitted our Bosch air conditioning unit 11th May and the entire process was seamless. Mathew is professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. The installation looks great and is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommended him.

Had a boiler fitted today off Matthew great price very professional would recommend to anybody and now I've added to this review one year later boil is overdue with service Matthew he arranged to come out never turned up turned his phone was off looks like he only once the big money off you (installing fee) then he doesn't want to know do not use

Matthew installed a high quality boiler within a week for a lot less than his competitors. He is also very skilled given his extensive experience and great reviews. Will be in touch with him again for the annual service and recommend him to others.

Matthew replaced all of my old downstairs radiators and fitted new ones. Very professional service throughout, he left everywhere clean and tidy and done an amazing job . Very reasonably priced too. Will be using him again to replace the upstairs ones.
