Have used RB plumbing and heating several times now for jobs around our house both large and small and Rhys and his team have always been a pleasure to deal with and their work is always of a really high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.. honest, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile even at short notice. 5 stars doesn???t seem enough praise!!

Excellent service!! Rhys responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and the new boiler was installed very soon after. All the work done was efficient and very well done and a few problems came up but were solved very easily. I highly recommend Rhys and Dan.

Rhys has been out to help with my boiler twice and been excellent on both occasions. He was super fast to reply to my calls and arrange a time to see the boiler, and both times the issue was fixed within 24 hours. The second time was a boiler replacement which was done quickly with no interruption to my day (I work from home so this was great!), in a very tricky to reach loft space! Highly recommend for fast and high quality service.

I???m really impressed with the service provided from Rhys at RB Plumbing & Heating. They attended my rental property at very short notice, identified the boiler fault quickly and gave honest advice that a repair wouldn???t be cost-effective. They then sourced a replacement boiler and went out of their way to fit me in around other work, getting everything installed the very next day. Reliable, efficient and easy to deal with ??? I wouldn???t hesitate to use them again.

Our boiler packed in on Wednesday night, a friend recommended Rhys Thursday morning and following a call he came to the house a couple of hours later. He was very professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease with the situation. He quoted a great price and agreed to do the job the following morning. I was at work while the boiler was done but my partner said they arrived on time, were polite, efficient and tidy. Im over the moon with end product. Would definitely recommend RB Plumbing and Heating and will be using them going forward.
