Zak came out to investigate a fault code on our boiler and recommended a full service to make sure everything was working safely and efficiently. We went ahead with the service, and he completed the job professionally and efficiently, explaining everything clearly along the way. After a poor experience with a previous plumber, it was so reassuring to know the boiler has now been serviced properly. Zak was reliable, knowledgeable, and took great care with his work. We???ll definitely be using him again for other plumbing jobs as we continue renovating our home. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him. Thanks again, Zak!

Zac arrived this afternoon, he was very punctual. He serviced the boiler and did a gas safety test. Everything was left as it was prior to his visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Zac, in fact I will be booking him later in the year for another job, thanks Zac.

Highly recommend, I message Zak and he replied within a few hours with a date that suited me, lovely friendly lad. Arrived on time, completed a yearly service on our boiler which he was very thorough with. Will Definitely be using again in the future.
