Very happy with the service provided by both Sarah and Carl at Revive. I initially sent an enquiry to which somehow on their end went in to their spam filter, and had a delayed response. I did wonder what happened or whether my enquiry was sent through at the time, but thankfully they picked it up in the end, so no problem there. Sarah and Carl were both friendly and pleasant to speak with both in person and on email. I have asked and had Carl + his co-worker round last Thursday to have my boiler serviced, as it was around it's due date and wanted to retain the warranty that's still on the boiler. Carl also noticed when going through the boiler settings to complete the service, the display screen kept throwing up the radiator temps on the screen (as like the dial kept getting turned to adjust the overall temperture), and diagnosed it to be the PCB. He also went above and beyond for this because he took intitative to call up Ideal on my behalf to arrange a visit to get the PCB sorted, which is now booked with them. Excellent value for money for getting the boiler serivce, and will be sure to book in the next year when the boiler is due again. Thank you ????

I am very happy with Carl???s service. I needed to replace my old boiler, and Carl was recommended by a friend. He is very professional and kind. The new boiler seems to be more efficient and quieter than the old one. My washing machine???s water pipe had a leak, and Carl repaired that for me too, which I was so thankful for. Highly recommend this company!

Carl was recommended to us and we???re so pleased that he was! We needed to upgrade our boiler as the system in our new house was very old and we wanted to convert from one with water tanks to a combi. Carl provided a very competitive quote, and we arranged installation around 6 weeks later. Carl and Jack were extremely professional, and even when faced with issues (through no fault of theirs) they remained calm and dealt with the problem quickly. Ours was not an easy installation and Carl came out to commission the boiler on his own time as we had to have a new gas main into the house. If you???re looking for a reliable heating engineer, then look no further. Highly recommended.

I contacted Revive on a recommendation to have a new boiler fitted. Carl came out to us and we opted for a Worcester Bosch combi boiler. The price was extremely competitive and Carl explained everything he would need to do to transfer the boiler from the kitchen into the loft. Carl and Jack came out on time on the date specified and worked continually into the early evening to get the job finished. They left the premises very neat and tidy clearing all packaging from site. They returned the following day to finish the installation and explained the Hive heating system that had been installed and complete the relevant paperwork. I am extremely pleased with the standard of workmanship and have already asked Carl to quote for a number of replacement radiators. I would highly recommended anybody using this company.
