He came to survey my heating system and spent a great amount of time carefully looking at every radiator, explaining things clearly, and helping me understand what would actually be involved in the work. He didn???t rush, and he wasn???t trying to sell me anything ??? he simply gave me honest, detailed advice based on what was best for my home. Ironically, it was his thoroughness and honesty that helped me realise I didn???t need to go ahead with the upgrade at this moment. That, to me, is the mark of a genuinely trustworthy professional. I really appreciated the time he took, the clarity of his explanations, and the fact that he clearly takes pride in doing things properly.
