I???ve used these guy lots of times. The service levels are excellent. As a landlord you want a hassle free and quick turnaround. This is exactly what the team do they contact and arrange with the tennants. They plan everything for you. I???ve had gas certs to full heating system installs. Shout out to Gaz who???s always on hand to make it a seamless process.

I used EcoGem UK for a boiler installation. After installation, I had problems with the boiler and contacted Worcester Bosch. A Worcester Bosch communication referred to an issue of incorrect installation, and I was told a further appointment would require a ??200 payment reservation.

EcoGem recently fitted my new boiler???Fitted, up and running very quickly! The young engineer ??? Jordan ??? is an absolute credit to your company ..very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have working in your home..he had to return to sort a slight problem with thermostat..all I can say is he went above and beyond to get us exactly what was best for our needs. You should be very proud of this young man he???s an absolute gem!! Thanks for first class service!

Bought a boiler from here and got 6 years warranty! The engineers came and installed my boiler the next day. Highly recommend!
