We contacted Kiran at very short notice in relation to a fault on our Alpha Combi boiler. This was over the bank holiday weekend. He responded so quickly and came out on 2 consecutive days including Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday. Very responsive in coming within a short timescale and clear honest advice on the way forward. Thankyou

Fantastic job on a tap installation. Was willing to come out for a smaller job like this. Was punctual and professional, fully prepared! Thank you so much

Fantastic service from Carbon Gas and Plumbing Ltd. Kiran came out on a weekend, even while feeling unwell, and quickly fixed my boiler - restoring both heating and hot water. He gave me some really helpful advice about future servicing. He was friendly, polite, used foot coverings, and left everything clean and tidy. Kiran handled everything professionally from start to finish. He worked efficiently and I was genuinely impressed by the quick turnaround and the high standard of workmanship. Highly recommend! I will definitely use Carbon Gas and Plumbing for any future needs and will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you so much Kiran ??? I???m really pleased to have your contact for any future jobs. Refreshing to find a company that cares about it???s customers.

I had an issue with my boiler and was left without heating for over 48 hours. Carbon Gas and Plumbing Ltd responded promptly and provided excellent service from start to finish. The engineer was professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. Really impressed with their quick turnaround and quality of work ??? highly recommend!

I contacted a few Gas engineers as we had a pigeon come down our chimney so it was behind our fireplace and wanted it removed. I was given Carbon Gas and Plumbings number by chance by another person who wasn???t available. Kiran and Jacob came to do the job within a few hours of the call. They were amazing very polite, friendly and done a great job. It was not a job they have carried out before but handled it very well and removed the pigeon, and put the fireplace back, carried out all checks and done a clean job. Jacob was very brave how he handled the bird showed so much care and passion. They didn???t rush the job and took their time to release the bird even though they had finished for the day before coming to us. I would definitely now use Carbon Gas and Plumbing for any future gas/plumbing requirements and will recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much and very pleased I have your contact now for future jobs. ????????
