Affordable Flames provided me with services for about 10 years and never failed. Whatever it is, servicing or repairing a boiler, Rashpal is always professional and helpful. He is always going beyond. Couple of years ago he helped me with complications regarding installation of a smart meter. He stepped in where I failed and argued my case with the gass provider spending more than an hour on the phone with their call center. I can recommend his services without hesitation.

Rashpal did a great job on bringing our Worcester Greenstar boiler back to life and replacing the diverted valve. Thank you very much !

Rashpal provided an outstanding boiler service! He didn???t just stop at the basics ??? he went above and beyond by checking if our boiler was still under warranty, which could save us money in the future. He also followed up later to make sure everything was still working well, which really shows how much he cares about his customers. Incredibly friendly, professional, and ??? true to the name ??? very affordable. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Rashpal to anyone looking for reliable and thorough boiler service. A real gem!

Rashpal is clearly great at his job! He conducts thorough checks and takes the time to explain what he???s done and what he recommends moving forward. His communication is great???the messages are detailed and clear. I appreciated receiving both a digital and physical copy of the service certificate, it adds an extra layer of trust and transparency. He also sent me pictures of all the tests he's done! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service. Thank you!

Affordable Flames is an outstanding company with excellent ethics and integrity. After being let down time and time again from another company I found Affordable Flames who fixed the gas fire and did all the safety checks whilst explaining all about fire safety. I highly recommend Rashpal to do a great job. He is reliable and came at the time arranged, he called when he was on the way. We are so happy with his high standard of work and a very affordable price.
