My Heating and hot water turned off, the week during Christmas and New years. Called SNM and he came that morning, diagnosed the issue correctly, after getting the parts he came back thay evening and got everything working fine. Excellent quality of work and fair pricing, I would definitely recommend.

My radiators not turning on and boiler wasn't firing on a Saturday evening. Rang SNM and they came over first thing, balanced the rads, fixed and serviced the boiler all for a reasonable price! Brilliant service and Brilliant company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM*****

New boiler installed efficiently which operated with no issues last year. This year ,the boiler service was completed successfully, with all safety and performance checks returning positive readings. The appliance was inspected thoroughly, including the heat exchanger, burner, seals, and controls, all of which were found to be in good working order. Gas pressure and combustion readings were within the manufacturer???s recommended tolerances, confirming the boiler is operating efficiently and safely. No faults or leaks were identified during the service, and the system was left clean, stable, and fully operational, providing reassurance of reliable heating and hot water performance. I was supposed to be having carpet fitted and needed a gas pipe removed. After calling round getting ridiculous quotes I found Uttam. He arrived on time and with 10 minutes sorted out the issue. I had to call him back for a leak where the ceiling had come through due to the builders not connecting the pipes properly. Uttam located the leak and fit new connections straight away, he cleaned up after himself too. No job is too big for Uttam, I got him to look at my gas hob, leaky taps and was pleased that he fits jacuzzi baths too. Uttam was very knowledgeable and I???m just gutted I didn???t meet him sooner. Thankyou!!!

I called SNM Engineers out to fixed my boiler. They arrived within minutes to fix and serviced my boiler. I am very pleased with their service. I always get prompt professional service. I will recommend them any time.
