Work was completed on my boiler install to a very high standard fast and efficient service would recommend

Needed new boiler installation. Got NB Ltd from the Vaillant recommended list. Seemed ok when attending to give quote but opposite when attending to install with his son who carried out the plumbing. Both seemed incompetent. I had to tell them how the plumbing should be. His son was incapable of drilling a straight hole for the flue despite me marking the centre of the wall. Damaged bricks when drilling smaller holes for condensate pipe and pressure relief pipe. Failed to correctly power flush the system as explained to me and refused to reduce the fee stating that I could not prove that he did not power flush correctly (which speaks volumes). His son was incapable of carry out correct plumbing and a joint leaked and the system had to be drained . British Gas engineer checked the inhibitor level as I suspected that it was not replenished after draining, no inhibitor present. Commissioning detailed not completed in the book. Insisted he come back to fill the book and add appropriate inhibitor. He attended and insisted that there was inhibitor until I showed him the test strip from British Gas. I retested with a strip left by BG and indicated correct inhibitor status. His body language showed his lies and a compulsive liar defence by stating that there was too much inhibitor now, pathetic. I complained to Vaillant but they did not want to know despite having him as a recommended installer. He doesn???t seem to be on their list now. Nigel Bird was boasting about his new electric van, but in my opinion, he and his son should be riding horses. TOTAL COWBOYS. If you are considering a plumber, then I suggest you take into account of my true and accurate experience with this company.

I sent them a message and after a few minutes they answered me with the time they could go and with the budget. He has come at the time he has said and has repaired the boiler quickly. Very happy with the service
