Ben from BSR heating has been absolutely brilliant. After his initial visit he installed a new boiler in our flat the next day. Very efficient & friendly service. He explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend BSR Heating & Plumbing for all your needs. They provide an excellent service. 10 out 10!

Had boiler serviced by BSR Heating and Plumbing and absolutely thrilled with the service !! ??? the boiler hadn???t been serviced in a while and was expecting to be told it needed a complete overhaul however, Ben carried out a thorough inspection and service and found no problems ??? much to our surprise !! Totally appreciated Bens professional and honest opinion and the advice he gave for future services ??? will definitely be using BSR Heating for all our future services and have already recommended to friends

Ben's been servicing my boiler for a few years now, he's always been punctual and very friendly and the couple of times I've had to get him out for repairs he's been quick. He's a nice friendly bloke and I'd highly recommend him

We couldn???t be happier with the service we received when our boiler was replaced. Absolutely lovely lad friendly, professional, and completely honest from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what needed doing, gave us great advice, and made sure we understood our options without any pressure. Most importantly, he was very fairly priced and didn???t try to rip us off or charge over the odds. It???s such a relief to find someone trustworthy who genuinely cares about doing a good job. We???ve already recommended him to everyone we know and wouldn???t hesitate to use him again. Highly recommend!

Ben came out to do our annual boiler service.he is a lovely polite man. Was very thorough. He went above and beyond one freezing night when my boiler stopped working and I had no hot water or heating, I was at a loss at what to do as was about 8.30pm on a Sunday evening so on the off chance I thought I would WhatsApp Ben to see if he could help, to my surprise he messaged me back and explained to me exactly how to fix it, free of charge, an issue that he could of charged me to come out and fix the next day but he didn???t.wonderful bloke would highly recommend
