I had a problem with my boiler over the Easter weekend which meant I had no hot water or heating tried a few heating engineers without success. I found Gordon Elliot on the internet and he came out the next day . Great Lad , great service, explained what he was doing and fixed the problem i now have heating and hot water, would recommend his services to anyone. Would definitely use again

I recently had a new combi boiler installed by Gordon Elliott Solutions and I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish! When my old Ideal combi boiler (Ideal 35Kw) developed an issue, Gordon was the only one who responded to my call, and he came out the very same day to assess the problem. He quickly got it working again, which was hugely reassuring. Given the age of the boiler, I decided it was time for a full replacement, and Gordon made the whole process effortless. He offered me a very reasonable price, walked me through different options, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could make an informed decision. The installation itself was done quickly and to a really high standard. I now have a brand new boiler and complete peace of mind. Gordon is a fantastic engineer - professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely lovely to deal with. ' Exemplary attention to technical detail and excellent customer interface' Contacted Gordan out the blue to ask if he could visit our property to investigate a fault with our gas boiler which had ceased to work. He explained that he was fully booked for that day however he could attend later that evening to have a look at the problem. Had problems with our boiler and Gordon came out that same day. It wasn't an easy fix but he reassured us it can be done and didn't fob us off with silly prices. He told us what to do and the best and easiest cost effective way to do it. He was so friendly and professional we will 100% have him back for any jobs we need. I would recommend Gordon 100%.
