Admittedly this firm did react quickly to our needs in the first instance but after 3 months of sticking plaster visits, it was obvious I needed a new boiler. The administration seem to have great difficulty in sending invoices and using modern technology, we paid promptly but found ourselves being asked to pay weeks after already paying. Or waiting ages for invoices sent by post when we could have paid quicker if received by email?

From the minute we rang to book the appointment and throughout the visit today, we received an efficient and professional service, above and beyond our expectations, thank you! Even when there was extra work to be under taken, it was not a problem and no complaints. Very satisfied customers!

We had our gas range serviced by Kai Scott of Scott Brothers. The unit hadn't been used in several years so Kai was thorough with safety checks, smoke test, gas leak etc. After the service there was a minor issue with the pilot light being blown out but a return visit nailed it immediately. It has run perfect since. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. If you have an Aga or similar unit, have confidence you can place your trust in Scott Brothers to keep it running sweetly. Very impressed. Thanks. Dean

Two gas fires serviced and repaired also a boiler serviced. Great job, John was very professional on each visit, respected our home, really nice guy, office staff also very professional and easy to talk to, returned calls when they said they would very helpful. Great workmanship and super service! Always aim to please. Very responsive and have been great with invoicing too. Costs given before starting and payment can be done same day by card. Please don???t let the negative comment reference the office put you off as she has since left and these guys are genuinely great at what they do! You won???t be disappointed very honest reliable guys highly skilled , qualified and do what they say they are going to do! They had been let down by temporary admin staff. Miscommunication of turning up unannounced is better than not turning up at all ????
