Derek from Hoton Heating replaced my cloakroom sink with new slim vanity unit type. He was very thorough and tidy with his work, an excellent job. Hoton Heating was excellent in communications prior & after the work done. I would definitely use this firm again.

Excellent service from start to finish - recently had my new boiler installed by Hoton Heating and would definitely use them again in the future. From the initial quote Neil came out and was very personable and knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time talking through options and looking around the property making sure I was well informed about the job. I had 3 quotes for different installers and can say that Neil was the most thorough in explaining things clearly, which made them an easy choice to complete the work. The two lads who came to install the boiler were just as efficient/friendly as Neil. I???m very happy with the work completed and they were efficient at responding to emails/returning calls throughout the process. Overall a good service at a fair price - can recommend this business to anyone.

Excellent service provided by Ho'ton Heating. When I contacted them about the boiler not working and having no heating and hot water their response was immediate. Neil came back with options and costs and the new boiler was fitted within a couple of days. Phil and Dave the fitted the boiler were very professional and did a clean and tidy job in the timescale given. Would definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for future servicing.

Hoton Heating is an absolutely trustworthy and honest company that I have dealt with over several years. Totally reliable and professional in all aspects of customer service. Niel is a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. 100% recommend them with no resevations

After doing a lot research plus a number of supplier quotations, we're so happy we landed on Houghton Heating. Fantastic local team from start to finish. Neil did the survey and priced the job, and answered all my Qs (we had quite a few). Then Dave & Phil did the install. They went the extra mile for us on a few things, and were so nice to deal with - being courteous, on time and tidy. Nothing was any trouble. Importantly, it was clear they've done 100s of installs over the years, so we were in the best of hands. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team at Houghton Heating!
