Contacted Badger to come and service my gas fire. It's easy to contact on WhatsApp, and an appointment was very easily made. Arrived on time and was very pleasant. Unfortunately, it all went downhill when putting the glass back on the fire; the flame kept going out. So he said my chimney must be blocked and would need to cap the gas off at the fire. He didn't have the required part to do so had to leave to collect it. He was not very happy when he returned, would not even speak to me and just muttered ( I won't be able to come back before Christmas), really!!! It was only November at this stage. Quite frankly would not want him back and could not wait for him to leave. Just had my Chimney inspected, and there was no blockage at all, but the guy gave it a clean since he was here. Had the fire refitted, and it's working fine.

Called Keith today at 3pm as I???d drilled a pipe whilst at work. A few people had looked at the job and knocked it back because it wasn???t going to be easy due the lack of space needed and that the pipes were buried in the wall. Keith took one look at it and new exactly what to do, I???m certain he even cancelled one of his other appointments as he could see this was a job where the water couldn???t be left off over night. Got charged a fair price for something most wouldn???t entertain, thank you for getting me out of trouble I???ll definitely be calling again.

Brilliant service in repairing our gas fire and completing a full gas safety survey. A total gent, wouldn???t hesitate in recommending following our experience.
