Couldn't be happier with the service Chris provided, diagnosed the fault with the boiler quickly, explained the underlying issue to me well and had the required part on hand so was able to replace it in no time and I'm now back in the warmth! Genuinely impressed and will be my first port of call if anything else crops up!

Brilliant service would highly recommend. I called as our hot water and radiators wouldn???t work and he managed to fit us in the same day. Once he came out and diagnosed the problem he gave us two solutions one involving a system change, due to the age and nature of the boiler/system. Not once were we pushed towards the system change this was down to us. He managed juggle things round and squeeze us in 2 days later due to us having an 8 week old baby. Overall Chris went above and beyond to help us. His service, knowledge, cleanliness and friendliness are 5*. Will definitely be getting our business in future.

Really pleased with Chris. I had no hot water or heating and he came out straight away, ordered the part very quickly and it was fixed as soon as the part arrived. Chris also had excellent customer service, providing updates on the progress of the job. I would highly recommend.

Phoned Chris explained issue with my boiler, he knew the fault straight away, came out during half term and made temp repair so I had hot water. Came back with part and repaired. Chris was excellent! Turned up on time and did a marvellous job with a recent combi boiler replacement. Friendly and courteous and certainly knows his trade. Would definitely recommend Chris without a doubt and have another couple of future jobs for him in the pipeline ..... ( sorry, couldn't resist that one I'll get my coat ) when the time is right.
