Shaun arranged for an engineer to call out the same day to cap off gas fire and rerouted another gas pipe which unexpectedly was below the hearth. I would highly recommend this company. Jack was very efficient, arrived on time and was very tidy worker. Thank you

I'm very pleased with the excellent service I received from Northern Heating at Consett. Upon my initial visit to the office I was met by a very enthusiastic and efficient young lady who booked my job in. Ethan the engineer arrived exactly at the time arranged. A very courteous young man who did an excellent job, and all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Very happy with all aspects from Northern Heating Services. Boiler install excellent and efficient. Boiler servicing also excellent. Today had a washing machine fitted to a very unusual awkward place. They arrived on time and did the job to an excellent standard. Cleaned up afterwards like they were never here. Very friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

In May much larger job of installing a new boiler, major upheaval for me as I am disabled. Shaun & his team excelled and all the work was completed with the minimum of fuss on time & on budget. Very satisfied customer & no hesitation in recommending. Mr West, Consett
