I contacted Neale for a boiler service, but my house was in a difficult situation due to some bad tradespeople. Neale went above and beyond for me, coming up with a new plan for the bathrooms, the boiler, and everything else. He immediately put me in touch with the right people to get the job done properly. I now have a new "Rolls Royce" boiler system as well as pipework throughout the house that is future proof. Neale displayed exceptional professionalism and dedication throughout the process. No challenge was too big for him. He was highly skilled, courteous, and respectful of my property, taking the time to explain everything clearly and patiently.

Would not recommend. Booked in an appointment 3 times and each time they failed to show without comment and a promise to come next time. Only book if you want to be messed around

I've used Neale at Swift gas for a number of years now for Gas and central heating issues, His costs are more than reasonable and TBH I would have expected and happily paid more I would describe him more of a heating/ gas engineer, not like the plumbers I've used in the past. Seriously switched on and on another level...Totally on it Throw whatever you like at him and he will sort it. From a leaking tap To full central heating diagnostics... ( I think he enjoys it) Neale gets lots of work because he???s extremely good at what he does Working for an engineering company and having some plumbing skills I can see from the materials that Neale uses he isn't using low cost materials for maximum profits, His skills and knowledge of his trade are awesome And his last boiler installation Neale fitted for me is saving ??450 per year in gas costs ???? The boiler will pay for itself in 4 to 5 years and came with 10 years warranty It's a no brainer Make your money work by Getting the best you can for your hard earned cash

I think our 40 year old CH system was a bit of a challenge - but Neale was thorough and made us feel at ease. Quick to explain why, what and answer all our what if's. The final bill was more than reasonable and his number has gone into my phone contacts for future use. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Codocil - Neal took the money and has not finished the job!
