Roger and the team were fantastic to work with and did a great job with our utility room. Everyone on site was very friendly and professional. Very happy with the work done and would highly recommend their services.

Roger and team completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us. Service was prompt, efficient, clean and tidy and done to a high standard. Would recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with a recently completed project carried out by Roger and his team ??? delivered on time and within budget. And we want to thank him for scheduling us quickly in January 2026 as we needed the conversion doing as quickly as possible. The project involved the relocation of our kitchen and creating a new ground floor wheelchair accessible wetroom/bathroom ??? quite a challenge with all the new plumbing, electrics, replastering, joinery, tiling etc. Nothing was too difficult for the team ??? they excelled at problem solving and explained options at every stage. The team were professional and highly skilled, always arrived on time and worked hard all day, were good communicators and importantly listened to me when I explained exactly what I wanted to achieve. We now have a beautiful and functional new space ??? it is also accessible for someone with mobility issues but importantly the new kitchen and wetroom are gorgeous! Thank you to Roger and team: Scott, Lee, Darren, Max, Stuart and Joe. We were so pleased with the work we also commissioned them to replace our very ageing boiler. Highly recommended!

I recently called RSHB with a request for them to swap our dripping kitchen taps. This was arranged promptly and the guys who did the work were friendly, considerate about working in our home and even found an internal stop tap in the house which we didn't know we had. Based on this experience I would certainly use them again .

Thank you so much for your prompt attention to the boiler replacement for our daughter. We are most impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of your organisation from quotation to carrying out the job. The guys on site were great and completed the job quickly and with great care. Thanks again. Ken Clarke
