Excellent service from Russ. Attended on the agreed day to investigate a boiler fault and found a serious heat exchanger issue. We faced Easter with no heating or hot water, with family staying including grandchildren Russ was able to reschedule another job and fitted a new boiler the following day. Would definitely recommend RAB heating services ????

My ageing gas boiler broke down recently and Russ came on a Saturday morning to assess the problem. It soon became apparent that this was a serious and costly fault and it was not worth repairing. Russ recommended a new boiler which he fitted the following Friday. He did an excellent job at a good price. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Theres a reason why RAB Home heating services are rated highly on Google. We discussed with Russ and agreed the best and most efficient boiler for our house and also the location. This was quite a big job as we had 2 old conventional boilers to remove, so wasn't a straight forward swap out and needed flooring to be lifted to reroute pipework. Every care was taken to respect our house and on both days left areas clean and tidy. This wasn't just a first class boiler installation, the replacement brickwork required from the removed old boilers was also a first class job. Finished the job off by also setting up and explaining the Ideal Halo WiFi thermostat and app.

Russ was recommended to us by the British Gas service engineer who visited to follow-up our HomeCare application, which they were unable to register due to various issues with our existing boiler. Russ confirmed that the boiler did need replacing and also talked us through the possible causes of the loss of pressure issues we were experiencing. We were extremely impressed not only with his level of knowledge but also by his friendly, open and very helpful approach. Russ submitted a detailed and price competitive quote for a replacement boiler, which we accepted and it was installed across two days with the minimum of disruption and mess. Highly recommended!
