Following an abysmal service from our home maintenance provider, we eventually found Fatmir, who saved the day???and our boiler! He diagnosed several problems, ordered the parts, came back when he said he would (three other companies didn???t), and fixed the issues. He worked hard, in a very friendly, professional manner and we can???t recommend him highly enough. He will be our ???go to??? engineer in future. Thanks Fatmir for being great at your job. Jo and Pete. ????????

As a woman living alone I can thoroughly recommend fh plumbing. The engineer is reliable and prompt and is polite and professional and always leaves the job completed to a high standard and clean. I have passed on their number to friends and family too

We were recommended to use F H Plumbing and heating for a new boiler. Very professional and knowledgeable service, highly recommended.

I had an issue this evening (a Sunday) where I was filling the sink to wash my pots and the hot tap completely jammed, would not turn and it was stuck with the water running. I could not switch it off under the sink I tried everything and nothing would stop it. My partner had to come with his work tools and completely switch everything off at the outside mains on the street to stop it, so I had no water, heating etc. I googled for local plumbers and after trying a few who did not answer and the one who did couldn???t come out this evening, FH plumbing picked up quickly and was here just half an hour later after explaining my issue. He was very nice, polite and knowledgable, whilst also friendly and chatty, and took the time to explain everything and what he was doing. He looked at the offending tap, and fitted new stop taps underneath very efficiently and showed me how to use them. I was very happy with the service, and especially grateful for him coming out on a Sunday evening and not leaving me in the lurch without water and heating. (My 3 hairless cats especially appreciate it as they were cold!). I highly recommend FH plumbing and should I need a plumber in the future he will be the first call I make. Thank you very much!

We had a replacement boiler, a new radiator and a new toilet fitted, all in one day. Service is friendly, and efficient, with Fatmir talking me through everything I need to know in a clear, easy to understand way. I can't recommend FH plumbing enough ????
