Had to wait two days before this ???service??? company could arrange a visit - which was on Christmas Eve. Telephoned them that morning and they assured me that an engineer would call. Waited in all day on Christmas Eve but nobody came and nobody contacted me and still haven???t, six days later. Absolutely beyond useless - don???t touch them with a bargepole! They will leave you without heating and hot water over Christmas.

This is their quotation for the replacement of a faulty immersion heater. 2 men 3 hours @ ??35 per hour ??210inc Thermtec immersion heater ??326.40 inc Total ??536.40inc Laughable. Employ this firm at your own risk.

Great friendly service at an extremely affordable rates. Joe was lovely and I am confident he did a thorough job. Will use them again and would certainly recommend!!!
