   ??????????????? Highly recommended! I had a great experience with Ricky and his son. Ricky came up with some brilliant ideas and solutions for a unique installation involving my Japanese smart toilet, which required plumbing, electrical and joinery work. He found a way to complete the installation without removing my existing bathroom tiles, which are no longer available, saving me a lot of hassle and expense. Throughout the job he explained his plan clearly, kept me informed, and was transparent about the work involved. His attention to detail and the care he took in building a strong, secure frame for the wall-mounted toilet gave me complete confidence in both his workmanship and the finished result. The installation was completed to a high standard, and I'm really pleased with how it all turned out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ricky to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable tradesman.    I recently had work carried out on my heating and hot water system and was very pleased with the service provided. The plumber was professional, and explained everything clearly throughout the job. He replaced the immersion heater thermostat and valve, completed the work to a high standard, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.    EDIT AS I CANT REPLY TO HIS RESPONSE. I've messaged Ricky constantly from January onwards up to the present day about coming back and correcting the mistakes and issues and ive had to get a 2nd plumber out to fix my toilet after he left me without one working in my bathroom for 2 months. Also taking Ricky to court for the disaster he left behind. Im one of many who are. I can post pictures and screenshot messages of proof of this. DO NOT USE!!! Ricky certainly does not have the skills, expertise or correct tools to complete a bathroom renovation. We are in the process of getting quotes to have the bathroom renovation done again. Have reported to trading standards. Our 4 month old bathroom looks 10 years old See pictures attached at the state he left our bathroom and just some of the problems listed below. Details: Large screws going into adjacent bedroom, almost through electric sockets. Behind drawers and in the footwear of desk- needs resolving and wall replastering. Is the bath even safe? Toilet, sink and tall cupboard needs removing and fitted with correct end panels in place as shown in provided plans. Vanity unit warped due to flooding from toilet needs replacing with new unit. Wall paneling over the bath needs replacing so it can be cut correctly and fitted properly on the the clad seal strip without the need for sealant. Wall paneling near radiator needs removing due to incorrect drilling when fitting the radiator. Radiator also needs piping up which can be done bathroom side not landing side as he suggested. Trimming around the window needs replacing due to poor mitre cuts. Toilet and sink basin needs installing and sealing correctly. Incorrect cutting of cladding above the door resulting in gaps in the walls.. Kitchen ceiling damaged due to toilet leaks needs repairing and painting. (3 small areas) Service panel above toilet hole wrong size drilled for flush and not central Excessive and poor finish of sealant around the panel trims at ceiling level. This list isn't exhaustive as there are other areas of concern.
