They???ve ???fixed??? my boiler so many times and it always brakes I have a special needs son which they know about I???ve been without heating or hot water for days. They were supposed to fit a new radiator 4 months ago ! Horrible customer service

My boiler has stopped now 3 times in the last 8 weeks, each time they said "its fixed" and a week or so later stopped again. Last Wednesday they came out to service boiler, took the man 5 minutes and said all done. Yesterday it stopped again, came out again and now need a new fan...left me with no hot water or hating and I have a disabled son in the property. Been told someone would come out and bring heaters but no one was came. Was told it would be tuesday or Wednesday before they could change the fan....Absolutely disgusting service, if the man who serviced it did the job he was ayed for, this should not of happened and now im left in a cold home, no hot water and a disabled son who requires hot water and a warm home !!@

When I reported my boiler failure to the Council they said they come within 24h. I said I took day off from my work to sort it and wait for them, they said they gonna come today and they connected me to this company. They said they come today for sure. Was waiting till late afternoon but finally one guy came and started checking my boiler and gas meter. He found some plastic container inside the boiler which was stuck with some hard stuff, I think that was scaled. He cleaned up and he fixed the problem. Before I wasn???t happy about them from some previous visit when they was checking my gas installation. But now I can???t say anything wrong. I???m very happy about them this time.

Drivers are absolutely horrendous, van starting either af24 or av24 in Peterborough Hampton today nearly killed 2 kids crossing the road and also nearly rammed me and my family (3 kids) off the road at the same time. Saw him cut up 2 cars also. Wouldn't use this company if my life dipended on it because someone's life would probably be lost on the way to their appointment with the state of driving I just witnessed

Loud, messy took up a lot of communal space outside the flat they were working on so it was hard to get out. Cannot emphasise enough how loud they were. Throwing bits on the floor of the communal hallway and dragging their things up the stairs banging on everything.
