Had issues with my central heating system for some time and called H20 Heating Engineers and I am so glad I did. John came as arranged so pleasant and friendly, after investigating he found the issue and completed the job in a timely manner. He then checked the system to ensure everything was operating to standard I am so pleased with the work that was completed and couldn't be happier I would highly recommend this company and I now have a heating engineer I can totally rely on

Excellent service from start to finish. H20 is a company I will be continuing to use going forward and would also recommend to others. After moving into new home I discovered quite a large issue with an outdated boiler. Contacted H20 and John came out to discuss options, needs and budget. He's customer focused with a polite, non pushy attitude and was able to answer all my questions and queries. Quote received within 48 hours and scheduled in to replace boiler to fit around my work. Great communication upto the day of install. Mick was the main guy I dealt with on day of install and did an absolutley fantastic job. Excellent workmanship, making sure everything was working as it should, was all clean and tidy before leaving and explaining how my new boiler setup worked. Once again a polite friendly service recieved. it's great to deal with a company that looks after their customers, so I will be using H20 for all my future heating and plumbing needs.

Yet again a 5 star service from H2O heating engineers. We had a strange issue with one of our toilets cistern not filling until you turned the cold water tap on. John Hammond came out to assess the issue, removed the faulty part, and took it away for his suppliers to source a new one. Unfortunately, due to it being a none branded make, none of the suppliers could identify a replacement part. We decided to have a new toilet fitted. John's brother Michael Hammond arrived at 09:30 on the Wednesday morning to fit the new toilet. As per usual, nothing was straightforward with all the connections etc, as the old toilet had been fitted strangely. Michael explained to me what the issues were before starting to fit the new toilet, which I fully appreciated. We agreed it needed doing so he started to rip out and replace the toilet. When Michael had finished he thoroughly cleaned everywhere he had been, and the only tell tale that he had been was a new toilet. Michael also fitted an outside tap for us extra to the job that he came for. Michael left our house at 15:30 taking away all of the rubbish with him. Excellent service from these guys again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a plumber. Very professional, courteous and thorough. Thank you very much guys, really appreciated????
