I'd love to review the gas safety check... if one had actually happened. The job notes clearly said: "Ring the doorbell before entering the communal hallway." Apparently those instructions were written in invisible ink, because the engineer ignored them, gave a mystery knock that nobody could hear, then performed an Olympic sprint back to the van and disappeared before I'd even realised he'd arrived. Gas safety check completed: ??? Cardio workout completed: ??? To the boss: if you want your 5-star review back, I'm going to need proof you've booked the engineer a Specsavers appointment. Either that, or someone needs to explain that job notes aren't just decorative reading material. ????????

Brad and his team did a great job with all the plumbing works in our coffee shop. We would highly recommend his and will be using his services in the future.

B G Gas service my boiler yearly and have fixed multiple faults including spark generator and leaks, Brad is very polite, turns up on time and when he says he will. His contact from the start of the job to the finish is great and always keeping you updated. I???d recommend BG Gas to anyone who wants there boiler servicing or fixing fast and reliable.

Brad and his team changed our 30 year old boiler to a new efficient combi with WiFi control. Took less than 2 days with quality of work excellent ???? they cleaned up every last bit of dust too !! I had qoutes from 3 companies and BG were the cheapest too. Well recommended

BG Heating & Renewables was recommended to me by a business partner. I???ve now worked with Brad on several plumbing works in many of our properties. From fitting a new Combi boiler, annual Landlord certificate to call outs. Brad is responsive and reasonably priced, and I???m most impressed by his punctuality. If Brad says, I???ll be there for 8am, he will be there before 8am, always.
